21 Wonders of the cuisine of Portugal
The Portuguese can, from this Saturday to vote in 7 Wonders of Gastronomy, but so good that dish here lacks, there is patience, for example queijadinhas Pereira, a Portuguese stew or Veal Mirandesa Posta. We will vote for Serra da Estrela cheese, Caldo Verde, Seafood Rice, sardines, chanfana, Partridge escabeche and pastel Tentúgal. And what is your preference for the seven wonders of gastronomy in Portugal?
The 21 selected dishes are presented in seven categories - starters, soups, seafood, meat, game and sweet - each of which has three dishes of Portuguese cuisine, but voters are asked to choose, until September 7, the seven courses that suit you best, regardless of category. On September 10 will be released in show broadcast on RTP during the fair from the cuisine of Santarem the seven delicacies of our country
